ICTSI’s TecPlata terminal achieves 10-metre depth, targets 14m next

HPH acquires IIHC
Hutchison Port Holdings (HPH) is set to add another eight container terminals to its portfolio after sigining an agreement with Philippines-based International Container Terminal Services Inc (ICTSI) to aquire the latter’s overseas port development and holding subsidiary ICTSI International Holdings Corp (IIHC).
The transaction is subject to the usual conditions, including regulatory and board approval, and is expected to close in June. Terms of the deal were not disclosed…
