Further changes are occurring in the fast-moving Italian container ports scene. The Trieste Port Authority (APT) has decided to accept, after all, the offer led by the Port of Koper (LK) for the Molo VII container terminal (see WorldCargo News, September 2000, p8 and October 2000, p6). But the twist is that ECT International is not quitting altogether.
