Dry Port Dunkerque (DPD), the new on-dock intermodal terminal in the Port of Dunkirk has now been commissioned, the product of an E8.2 mill investment programme undertaken jointly by the Port of Dunkirk Authority (PAD), its NFTI container terminal operator IFB (part of SNCB), and the French rail track authority (RFF).
