Italian entrepreneur Gabriele Volpi, who made his fortune in the Nigerian oil and gas supply sector, has come up with a €60M bid for Porto Marghera bulk terminal operator Terminal Intermodale Adriatico (TIA), which is in receivership. The offer, made through Orlean Investment Holding Ltd, is the only one that has come in.
