SAAM for TCP Montevideo?

Yurik Díaz, head of the Port Terminals Division of Chile-based company SAAM, has labelled the decision by Katoen Natie to put its 80% stake in Terminal Cuenca del Plata (TCP) Montevideo (Uruguay) up for sale as “an interesting process”. In addition, earlier this year, in May, Katoen Natie announced it wished to dispose of all of its assets in the country, which also encompass Seaport Terminals Montevideo SA and Nelsury SA.
