As reported on page 1 of this edition of WorldCargo News, RAM has won an important court case in Australia, where a judge in the Federal Court has ruled that Australian Mobile Mining Equipment, Systems & Accessories Pty. Ltd (AMMESA) made unjustified threats and breached Australian consumer law when it made claims that RAM’s Revolver container rotating device breached AMMESA’s own patent in respect of its Rotainer design.
