Astrum finds novel use for twistlocks

When UK-based Vital Seating & Systems Ltd (VSS) beat European competition to win a two-year contract to fit the Finnish Defence Force (FDF) fleet of over 700 vehicles with its ROPS safety-critical frame seating system, it turned to twistlock manufacturer Astrum (UK) Ltd to design a unique lockdown mechanism.
