GNV pulls out of Marseilles ro-pax terminal deal

The Port of Marseilles Authority (PAM) has announced that Italian ro-pax operator Grandi Navi Veloci (Grimaldi) has pulled out of plans to create a dedicated terminal at the French port. As previously reported (WorldCargo News, April 2008, p39), the terminal was intended to support large new ships on western Mediterranean services that GNV was expected to launch in November.
