New flatrack builder

The spat between China International Marine Containers (CIMC), owner of the Domino flatrack patents, and its licensees, Singamas and Kumbong Container Industry, over alleged patent infringement and breaches of their licence agreements (see WorldCargo News January 2008, p1), would appear to have opened the door for other manufacturers to enter the flatrack market.
