Fort Vale has introduced a new antitheft manlid hinge pin to combat the growing problem of manlid cover theft from portable tanks.

According to the company, the illegal removal of tank container manlids has become more prevalent over the past year as the price of stainless steel and tank components has escalated and the demand for tank containers has surged. Fort Vale developed the hinge pin in response to customer requests to investigate the problem.
