ECT/Euromax drops Embarcadero

As speculated in the May 2007 edition of WorldCargo News (p1), ECT has ousted Embarcadero Systems Corporation (ESC) altogether from the Euromax terminal project. No software of ESC or any of its sub-contractors will remain at the (ultimately) 5.6M TEU/year terminal being built at Rotterdam’s Maasvlakte.
