PN snaps up ATN

The Toll/Patrick rail joint venture Pacific National (PN) has acquired Australian Transport Network (ATN), the predominantly Tasmania-based rail company formerly owned by New Zealand’s Tranz Rail (itself now part of Toll) and two merchant banks, for an undisclosed sum.
