Funding change for Jade project

The Wilhelmshaven deepsea container terminal project (Jade) has been boosted by a decision by the Lander governments of Lower Saxony (NS) and Bremen to foot the entire �178 mill bill for the infrastructure. Previously it was ruled that half the funds had to come from the private sector (see WorldCargo News, August 2002 p21).
