Capital Lease opens Shanghai office
Rapidly expanding container leasing company Capital Lease has opened a new office office in Shanghai to tap the growth potential of the Chinese internal transportation market. Li Yan, formerly deputy general manager of Sinotrans’ leasing affiliate, Wideshine Container, has been appointed general manager of the new office.
