Delta 3 “ready next year”

Despite the problems for combitransport in France (see last month’s WorldCargo News, p40), work on the new trimodal terminal at Dourges, near Lille, has pushed on and, according to project director Charles Masse, the so-called Delta 3 complex will open next year.
