Hold up for Vizag cranes?

A legal technicality may hold up a contract for the supply of four 20 ton capacity electric level luffing wharf cranes to the South Indian port of Visakhapatanam (Vizag) as the successful Indian bidder, Mukand, has been forced to change the foreign partner which was to manufacture the machinery for the cranes.
