In a bid to boost its international traffic in the eastern part of India, the Container Corporation of India (Concor) is negotiating with the Eastern Railway and South-Eastern Railway to start scheduled container block train services between its ICDs at Shalimar and Cossipore near Calcutta and the Calcutta Port Trust-controlled Haldia Dock Complex.
