Kandla stalls…

Some 18 months after the issuing a letter of intent and the drafting of a concessional agreement (see WorldCargo News April 1999, p6), authorities at India’s western port of Kandla have decided to reject P&O Ports’ offer to develop and operate container handling facilities at the port.
