Alternative to barge congestion

Schweizerzug, the intermodal rail arm of Swiss-based logistics provider Swissterminal Group, is launching a new direct connection between Frenkendorf/Basel and the Port of Antwerp, starting in July. This means that Switzerland will have an overnight rail service connecting it with the Belgian hub for the first time.
