US Congressman Reid Ribble (R-Wisconsin) has filed a Bill for the Safe, Flexible and Efficient Trucking Act (SAFE), which his sponsors claim would facilitate safer and more efficient trucking, while reducing road maintenance and repair costs, based on a better spread of axle loads.
