Rail Cargo Austria restructures
Rail Cargo Austria (RCA), the affiliate of Austrian Railways (öBB), has reorganised its block train network. The new system is due to take effect from April this year and represents a shift away from RCA’s current stress on domestic intermodal transport and local drayage services. öBB’s other intermodal affilate, ökombi, could also be affected by the changes.
