Van Moer taps into barges

Van Moer Group, the privatelyowned Belgium-based national and international road transport logistics company, has acquired the former IBO-Cargovil canalside terminal at Vilworde, near Brussels.

The terminal will be used as a springboard for container barge services, which will replace some of its existing trucking lines on the congested Antwerp-Brussels-Rotterdam motorway axes.
