Call for “ethical” US transport system

Gil Carmichael, Founding Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Intermodal Transportation Institute (ITI) at the University of Denver, Colorado has called for two new intermodal trust funds to be set up, one for freight and the other for passengers, and both based on miles travelled.
