More UK W10 gauge clearance

The UK government has announced almost £123M of spending for structure gauge enhancements to allow carriage of 9ft 6in high cube boxes on standard flats (W10 gauge),via the Transport Innovation Fund (TIF). The schemes are additional to the £18.5M programme announced in July for the Gospel Oak-Barking line, which is significant for the future London Gateway container terminal.
