SNCB’s B-Cargo has run the first train in many years on the “historic” Iron Rhine route between Antwerp and the Ruhr. The “symbolic” train was booked on a “spot” basis, to take advantage of the recently completed renovation of a stretch of track in Holland between Budel and Weert.
