New contracts for PortX Group
NewsPortXGroup has completed a contract for remediation work on the crane rail infrastructure at Pacific National’s Melbourne rail terminal and won an order for reach stackers to Fiji.
Tasrail rescue package
The Australian government has signed off on the long-awaited rescue package for Tasmania’s rail freight network almost a year after operator Pacific National (PN) threatened to shut down the system and abandon its lease unless urgent infrastructure reinvestment was forthcoming.
