Green light for Ingleburn
Just as Planning and Infrastructure Minister Craig Knowles was stepping down (see page 5), the New South Wales Land and Environment Court overturned his previous decision against the proposed Patrick Autocare intermodal terminal at Ingleburn, ruling that the facility would benefit the local Marcarthur region and the State.
