GB Railfreight doubles Felixstowe to Widnes services
NewsGB Railfreight launched a second daily service between Felixstowe and Widnes, increasing to 11 weekly trains, and reducing road congestion by 500 trucks.
First for GBRf
Leading UK passenger bus and rail operator First Group has acquired GB Railways and GB Railfreight (GBRf) from Anglia Railways. First and Anglia have already tried to integrate bus and rail schedules in East Anglia to provide a “seamless service” for passengers.
