EWS says it has lost more than GBP7 mill since SNCF first started restricting services from Frethun last November because of the illegal migrants’ problem, with more than 2100 trains cancelled. If the revenue losses of integrators, Channel tunnel regional railheads, associated warehousing and distribution, container drayage etc are added, the figure is nearer GBP25 mill.
