Members of the Alliance of Maritime Regional Interests in Europe (AMRIE), a maritime policy foundation made up of stakeholders from all parts of the maritime sector, have agreed on a series of proposals that seek to control the practice of stowing containers on the decks of ships to higher and higher levels.
