Konecranes moves to acquire Peinemann Port Services and Container Handling
NewsKonecranes plans to acquire Rotterdam’s Peinemann Port Services and Container Handling, pending approval from Dutch regulators.
NS pulling out
Dutch Rail (NS) is pulling out of rail freight with the sale of its 6 per cent stake in Railion Benelux (RB). The buyer will probably be DB Cargo, which already holds a 92 per cent share in RB and has first refusal on NS’ shareholding.
