NY/NJ in Rotterdam tie-up

In an effort to improve productivity and expedite cargo movement on and off its marine terminals, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has entered into a cooperative agreement with the Port of Rotterdam that is expected to lead to improved distribution systems at the bi-state agency’s maritime ports.
