Konecranes and Terex merger
On 11 August, Konecranes and Terex Corp announced that they are to merge to form a “leading global lifting and material handling and solutions company through an all-stock merger of equals”, subject to approvals at EGMs of both companies and regulatory approvals, expected during the first half of 2016.
