Barcelona-based Alfil Logistics, which provides neutral warehousing and cross-docking services and multimodal transport options, has started a new rail service for containers, swap bodies and palletised goods in covered wagons between Barcelona and the Terminal Multimodal de Vale do Tejo (TVT) terminal in Riachos, located roughly mid-way between Lisbon and Coimbra in Portugal.
