Allison Transmission Holdings, Dana Holding Corporation and Fallbrook Technologies have announced the formation of strategic relationships to develop, manufacture, and commercialise high-efficiency transmissions for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and off-highway equipment. These next-generation transmissions are aimed at increased fuel efficiency, lower emissions, and improved overall vehicle performance.
