Despite the ACCC’s rejection of Patrick’s earlier bid for FCL Interstate Transport Services (see WorldCargo News September 2005 p19), the two companies have signed a new exclusivity agreement that would enable a sale to go through if Toll’s takeover bid for Patrick fails.
