Nigeria’s Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) has announced that the ENL consortium has paid the entry fees due on its contracts and is now ready to take over the management of terminals C and D at the Port of Apapa, following the award earlier this year (see WorldCargo News March 2005, p23).
