Identec Solutions to take Sattel

It is understood Austria-based RFID specialist Identec Solutions is about to acquire vehicle telemetry specialist Sattel. Based in Melbourne, Australia, Sattel was formed initially by P&O Ports (P&OP) and then became a wholly owned subsidiary of DP World when it acquired P&OP.
