New rail yard modeling software

A new “plug-and-play” software package has been developed jointly by the US Port of Tacoma and the Institute of Shipping Economics and Logistics (ISL), based in Bremerhaven, Germany, to simplify the task of determining the capacity of an intermodal rail yard.
