Nordfrost takes on JWP

Cold store operator and logistics company Nordfrost GmbH & Co KG, the first tenant of the logistics park at Wilhelmshaven deep water port, is claiming substantial sums in compensation and damages from the port management company JadeWeserPort (JWP), an arm of the state of Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen).
