Equipment market feels the chill

Global economic conditions and a slowdown in container trade are starting to impact the container handling equipment market, particularly in Europe. Suppliers have confirmed to WorldCargo News that some of the projects they were discussing with customers have been postponed due to economic conditions, while others have been scaled back. This includes some brownfield automation retrofits.
