Terex Konecranes deal challenged
Some investors in Terex are seeking to have a court in Delaware block the US$2.5B merger between Terex and Konecranes. The basis of the lawsuit is that the deal favours Konecranes, undervalues the Terex business and unreasonably prevents Terex from courting another buyer to achieve a higher sale price for its shareholders.
