Fortress takes VBAG box leasing unit

Fortress Investment Group (FIG) has acquired Immoconsult Asset Leasing GmbH, the container leasing arm of part-nationalised Austrian bank, österreichische Volksbanken AG (VBAG). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
