QualaWash acquires Quala Systems

Florida-based QualaWash Holdings LLC (QWH) has purchased substantially all of the operating assets of US tank cleaning station operator Quala Systems Inc (QSI) from Quality Distr ibution Inc for US$10M in cash and US$3M in a subordinated note.
