CIMC to buy Graaff reefer patents

China International Marine Containers (CIMC), through its wholly owned subsidiary Shanghai CIMC Reefer Containers Co Ltd, has entered into a definitive agreement with Waggonbau Elze GmbH & Co Besitz KG to purchase a number of patent rights to reefer container manufacturing processes and designs developed by Graaff GmbH.
