Following the installation in March this year of a second tank production line, output has increased significantly at the CIMC tank container factory in Nantong.

Supported by a US$10 mill investment budget from the CIMC Group, the Nantong plant is now the world’s largest tank container manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity of 6000 tanks and the potential for further expansion in the future. With the current strong level of demand in the tank market, the plant is currently operating at close to capacity, turning out 20 units per day.
