Global box fleet tops 15 mill TEU
The world’s fleet of oceanborne and domestic/overland freight containers recently surpassed the 15 mill TEU mark, having grown by almost 1 mill TEU in the preceding year, according to figures in the latest annual World Container Census (2002), produced by Containerisation International (part of the Informa Publishing Group) .
