Rail Cargo Group lease deal TX takeover
NewsRail Cargo Group (RCG), which is a subsidiary of Austria-based ÖBB, is to lease 600 container flats cars from Switzerland-based MFD Rail.
Sicom bulker demand
Italian container and swap body manufacturer Sicom SpA reports growing demand for its range of 30 ft dry bulk containers. Recent customers include major bulk operators UBC and Nordic Bulkers, as well as a number of local Italian operators which are expanding their fleets, including Guido Bernardo and Buzzatti. Sicom claims to have secured a significant share of the bulk cointainer market in the face of strong competition both within Italy and from elsewhere in Europe.
