New container yard bolsters Northport’s annual capacity to 6.15m TEU
NewsThe new Block K container yard will increase Northport’s annual capacity to 6,150,250 TEU.

In a statement PTP said that dredging and reclamation is nearing 75 percent completion. The dredging process will widen the port’s access channel from 250m to 420m and increase the draft to 16m from the current 15m. Phase 2 draft alongside will be 19.5m (as at Phase 1).
