Dredging row breaks out in San Antonio

A row has broken out over whether the San Antonio Port Authority (EPSA) in Chile should be allowed to dredge its Berths 4 and 5 facility (known as the espigón), to at least-10m and possibly-11m. EPSA has come under pressure from the stevedores in the port, Agunsa and Portuaria Andes (American Pacific), because they want to attract bigger ships.
